Krum High School (4A-DII)- Offensive Coordinator (2022-2025)

Taber has been Athletic Director/Head Football Coach at La Vernia (4A-DI) and Jacksonville (5A-DII). He is entering his 25th year in coaching and has had stops at Nacogdoches, New Braunfels and Tyler Chapel Hill. Coach Taber has coached in two State Championships with Tyler Chapel Hill and won the Texas 3A-DI State Championship in 2011.

Taber is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in English. A native of Benbrook, TX, Taber and his wife Kelly are proud parents of three children Abigail, Ty and Bella.
