Coach Tabor is in his 26th year of coaching, 20 of which have been spent as a head coach. His basketball teams have participated in the Playoffs 18 times, the Regional Tournament nine times, and the State Tournament three times. In 2012, his team was the State Runner Up.
He is married to Marsha Tabor, a RN Case Manager, and has three boys - Zac (Amarilo Tascosa Head Girls Basketball), Quinten (Argyle Girls Basketball Assistant Coach), and Preston (Paris JC Boys Basketball First Assistant)
